Gabriel Marketing Group is an award-winning boutique marketing and integrated communications firm serving emerging and mid-size tech companies with an opening for an Account Coordinator. Located just outside of Washington, DC, in Reston, VA, we are a fast-growing company that is looking for smart, talented, driven people to join our dynamic team. Candidates must have two to three years of prior experience in marketing or PR.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing skills.
- Extremely well organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a high pressure, busy work environment.
- Able to follow directions and meet deadlines as assigned.
- Social media experience: Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, blogging, etc.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A strong interest in marketing and PR, and a desire to grow your marketing and PR skillset.
Experience with:
- Building media lists with PR programs, such as Cision and Vocus
- Drafting, distributing, and pitching press releases
- Writing bylines, abstracts, blog posts, white papers and other PR materials a plus
Additional experience desired, but not required:
- Experience with HTML/SEO marketing or interactive marketing
- Experience interacting with high-level and senior executives
- Business-to-Business experience ? especially with enterprises
